I am currently... (fat). 55 kg.
Goal weight: 45 kg.
Guhhh hahaha need to work out.
It's cool. Gym one hour walking on the treadmill everyday...
How am I going to control food?
I feel like I'm not even eating that many meals in a day and I'm just gaining weight.. but I'm eating all the wrong things and at the wrong times..
